Found a security issue? Report it to us before going public. Email admin@balumy.com with:

• A clear description of the issue;
• Steps to reproduce it;
• Screenshots, logs, or proof-of-concept, if available;
• Your contact info, if you’d like credit or updates.

Ground Rules

• Don’t access, change, or delete data that isn’t yours;
• Don’t degrade Site performance while testing;
• Give us reasonable time to fix things before public disclosure;
• Don’t exploit an issue beyond what’s needed to prove it.

What to Expect

We’ll acknowledge reports promptly and investigate valid issues. No paid bug bounty program at this time.

Safe Harbor

We won’t pursue legal action against researchers acting in good faith under this policy.
